Match cards - must be completed by both teams and handed to the referee prior to the commencement of the match.
Start Times - Matches must start on time, 15 minutes grace will be given to each team before a forfeit is called.
Start Time Penalties - The team/s without a completed match card (with the required number of players to avoid a forfeit) prior to kick off will be penalised with a one goal reduction for the game about to be played. If the minimum number of players is produced by both teams within the 15 minute grace period the match will continue finishing at its scheduled finish time therefore shortening the game.
Additional Players - If a team has met the minimum number of players, additional players registered in that team may be added to the match card within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the match.
Borrowed Players - If a team has met the minimum number of players, additional players from other teams in that division may be added to the match card prior to kick off or within 15 minutes after the start of the match. Teams requiring borrowed players can not gain an advantage and will not exceed the number of players on the opposing team. The borrowing of players is not permitted in Semi Finals or Finals.
Forfeits - A Forfeit will occur if the minimum number of players are not present and noted on the Match Card within 15 minutes from the scheduled kick off time.
Forfeit Guideline Table - Teams are able to ask a maximum of 2 players from a younger division to fill in if their team is going to be short to avoid forfeit
In Under 6 - to prevent forfeit teams with reserve players are asked to volunteer their players to the opposing team.
